The New Parents Crash Course
New Parents Crash Course
Welcome to our groundbreaking prenatal workshop – a one-day crash course designed to immerse first-time parents in the exhilarating journey of pregnancy and parenthood! Conducted by Ms. Teresa Cordeiro, Registered Nurse & Midwife with more than 40 years experience, you'll be equipped with all the know-how in no time.
But this isn't your average prenatal class – oh no. We've infused our workshop with a healthy dose of excitement and engagement, making it just as enjoyable for moms-to-be as it is for dads-to-be. Prepare to roll up your sleeves and dive headfirst into the action, because this is hands-on learning at its finest.
We'll be covering topics on Birthing - "What to expect during labour?"; Breastfeeding - "How to embark on the journey successfully?"; Baby-Care - "How to prepare for the arrival of your newborn?". In a nutshell, ALL of the most important things you'll need to know and prepare towards the journey of Parenthood!
And did we mention the perks? As if gaining invaluable knowledge and confidence weren't enough, each attendee will receive a swag bag filled to the brim with essential resources, discounts, and goodies to help kickstart your journey into parenthood.
But perhaps the most valuable aspect of our workshop is the sense of community you'll find here: a dedicated WhatsApp hotline for parents post-birth should you have any difficulties or questions, and also an opportunity to connect with other expectant parents. Because let's face it – parenthood is one wild ride, but it's a whole lot easier when you've got a tribe by your side.
So whether you're counting down the days until your due date or still wrapping your head around the idea of becoming a parent, our prenatal workshop is here to support you every step of the way. Join us for a day of education, empowerment, and excitement – because the journey to parenthood starts here.
